Many of our fares reflect a cash discount. This discount is forfeited if you purchase by credit card (4% higher fare). Fare quotes will include taxes, fees and fuel surcharges, but these may vary due to volatile fuel costs, and may vary prior to ticketing. All rates are subject to change until ticketed.
We recommend you utilize our online booking engine for most of your bookings. It is available 24 hours a day, every day, and pulls our net fares from the same database our agents use to quote fares. Our online system will also book the space for you, taking into consideration all rules and restrictions. However, if you prefer to call us, we have experienced agents to assist you with fares quotes, booking of space and any question you may have. Our agents can enter your bookings made by phone into our online booking system for your easy access.
Rules for our fares can be easily viewed when searching each itinerary. Premier Gateway books all space (this includes bookings made by you on our website).
We do, however, allow travel agents to book online United (true UA flights only) in your GDS and release space to Premier Gateway. When there is a code share segment included in your itinerary, you may not book and release, but must utilize our online booking engine, or contact us by phone, fax or email.
